At Body & Bra, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene stickers and brand tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
